Hot Brewing Instructions

  1. Pour ¼-1/3, of a cup of hojicha powder into a teacup.

  2. Pour 85-90°C water into the teacup.

  3. Mix hojicha powder and water together until the brew is complete, enjoy.  

Cold Brewing Instructions

  1. Pour 1g of hojicha powder and 100ml of cold water into a tea bottle, shake

  2. Pour more water into the tea bottle, reaching 500ml.

  3. Shake brew lightly to finish, enjoy.
