Farming 100% organic tea in Japan is very challenging. Harvest Index tea is certified organic Uji tea. The Uji region is the most famous producer of Japanese tea, renowned for incredible flavours.

The mountainous geography of Uji presents the growing challenges, due to the climate conditions and exposure to the sun.
Succeeding in these growing conditions, in this traditional area, is what makes Uji 100% organic tea so special.

Harvest Index believes the health benefits and style of Japanese tea are so powerful for enhancing everyday life. Each tea has its own unique balance of refreshing catechin, stimulating caffeine and relaxing l-theanine. Each year, the Harvest Index farm provides strictly limited quantities of each variety. Every year presents it’s own unique flavour profiles depending on the soil of each particular season.
